PUBLIC WEBSITE
Privacy information.
JLJAM receives the information you choose to provide when enquiring about talent, bookings or partnerships. This can include your name, email address, organisation, event details and message.
Why enquiries are collected
The details are used to assess requests, reply to you, arrange introductions and maintain appropriate business records. The relevant lawful bases may include steps taken at your request before entering a contract and legitimate interests in managing genuine business enquiries.
How your information is handled
Enquiries may be processed using JLJAM's website hosting and business management services, including Cloudflare and, if enabled, Supabase. Access is limited to authorised people working on the relevant opportunity. Information is kept only for as long as reasonably necessary for the enquiry, related business records and applicable obligations.
Your choices
You can request access, correction or deletion of personal information where applicable, or object to certain processing. For privacy-related requests, use the JLJAM contact options. If the secure enquiry form is enabled, select “Other” as the opportunity type. You can also contact the UK Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
